After sales service - registration papers

I have bought 2 cars now from WeBuycars and overall im happy with buying the car. No issues with the cars and got good quick service however with the purchase of the second car i have a few issues. We bought the car beginning of May and its now 19 August and im still waiting for my registration papers. I have been through 3 temp permits already. Now its at a point where i send mail after mail and whatsapps but no answer and no reason why its taking this long. Poor communication at its best. To top it all off i got a mail a while ago saying that my papers are ready to collect. I drive 120km only to find that the papers are nowhere to be found.

I can understand if there is a reason why its taking long but my issue is communicating the reason why to me.
