AFTER SALES SERVICE IS **********

WeBuyCars, if I did not have to give a star, there would not be one, as a matter of fact there would be negative stars. Selling a vehicle service - wonderful, after sales service SHOCKING. I fail to comprehend how a vehicle purchased in February, now due for licencing is my responsiblity when licence and registration was part of the sale. Absolutely shocking. Now being offered a voucher and must use my time and resources to take the vehicle for roadworthy. Just not acceptable. On top of that was a wait getting my number plates, which were originally sent to the incorrect branch. Not fantastic service at all, sitting with a vehicle with a licence about to expire. NOT happy at all
