After sales service

I Purchased a car well over a moth ago and still waiting for the license disc. Noone seems to know anything. Been shunted from pillar to post . Customer service does not respond and no call from them. After going to the Dome where I bought the car ..taking time off only to find that there was no disc. This after been told it was there. This is frustrating as they just keep giving me extended temporary plate. Not acceptable.
