After sales all regard for customer disappears

Got some feedback from the sales agent, very vague and basically generic and takes days to answer just a WhatsApp. My query was not resolved, got only half of what I paid for and now have to go to licensing myself to get the disc issued for the car I have going on 3 months which I cannot just do as I work outside traffic department hours. Thank you for the extremely bad service received, I will just pay a third party to do what I paid you for that you just didn't. I already paid for an enquiry at Madibeng traffic dept and nothing is wrong with my account like you have claimed in your messages, Glad to see the ethics great ethics used by your company. Just to top this off, be very careful when buying a car from WeBuyCars, I was there about a week ago to see if the car I bought could be traded in for a bigger Vehicle, the area I stay in just has too bad road conditions. I had the vehicle evaluated by WeBuyCars and they offered me over a R100k less for the vehicle than they had me pay for it, don't get me wrong, the car is in better condition than it was and it already was in great condition. I put down a R100k deposit, had brakes, and tyres done, services everything and just 6 months later I will make a loss of they buy it even with the R100k deposit ( the car was just over R200k to start with ). This is really disappointing as I would have liked to do business with them again and bought me a bigger vehicle. Really got a bad deal then.
