The car was bought under my Wife's name Natasha Steankamp on 03/03/2022. We had the car for only one week when I heard a knocking noise when I turned left or right. We lodged a complaint as one would do. The car was sent to JVR Diagnostics for repairs but they could not find anything wrong with the cv-joints. They did pick up that the throttle body assembly is faulty and that got repaired. 3 Months later the knocking noise returned on 19 June 2022. The car got sent in to see what the problem was, where they found the inner cv-joints needed to be repaired. The repairs were done under warranty. When we got the car back the car made the same knocking noise. then the car got sent to Mayfair gearbox and diff. At this time is when I sent the first email to we buy cars to cancel the finance. We buy cars took 3 weeks to give the go ahead to Mayfair to open up the gearbox to do the assessment. Once the assessment was done they found that the gearbox was repaired incorectly a previos time before we owned the car. I will attach the assessment report from Mayfair that contains all the details. The other thing is that trying to speak to them on the phone is almost impossible as they never answer their phones when we call them even on the personal numbers.
