After sales

Very good service with the selling of my two cars but the after sales support is not good at all. I had to pay my own car tax to get the number plate back to me and this was supposes to be paid by the new buyer who is we buy cars but after about 10 phone calls, 7 emails over the last 6 weeks they either told me someone will get back to me or either not responding at all. This really leaves a bad taste after such a smooth sale!!!!!!
