after sale service sucks!!

I bought a car from them which was ok and the sales person went above and beyond. The buying side leaves much to be desired!! I had personlised plates on my car and they were going to tell me when it was uplifted so that I could get my plates back (it had been dealer stocked). I have been trying for 2 month to get them to tell me whats going on, no one has answers, there are no direct tele phone numbers, no one gets back to you, there after sale service is awful.
