After sale service is the most terrible experience ever the sales person Isaac doesn't get back to you regarding the fixing of the vehicle purchased by him then if you call webuycars you get told that you have to log a complaint then it will take 24-48hrs before anybody gets back to you and then in the mean time me the driver is struggling with the car and they then need to investigate and when that's done a decision will be made to have the car fixed I was promised by Isaac that the car will be sorted this week but nothing when you send a message he is off so then what? If the aftersales service is this bad why should I recommend webuycars to anyone just to get bad service Very very poor service really
