After Sale Service

I purchased a vehicle at WBC in Midstream on 16 Feb 2024. The date is now 10 April 2024 and I'm still waiting for the vehicle reg and licensing.

In the sales process I was informed that this take "21 working days" max and I'm now at a point where I've stopped counting. I've been to the branch and I've made numerous calls regarding this, I've been introduced to something that I'm hoping is not the company slogan, this is "we'll have the papers next week" and this has been ongoing for the past 4 weeks and it's frustrating.
