**** After Sale from We buy cars

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with the car dealership "We Buy Cars." From the outset, their customer care and after-sale process have been abysmal. I purchased a car that was supposedly in excellent condition, boasting a platinum sticker. However, within an hour of taking delivery, the clutch malfunctioned, leaving me stranded and infuriated.

I immediately returned the car, hoping for a prompt resolution. It's now been two weeks since I raised multiple complaints, yet I have received absolutely no feedback. The lack of communication and responsibility from "We Buy Cars" is astonishing. This ordeal has caused me immense inconvenience and frustration. I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership due to their utter disregard for customer satisfaction and after-sales service.
