After leaving a disappointing experience with a different branch my family and I ended up at midstream branch. We quickly grabbed Richard Henning for assistance in our search for a small vehicle. Richard went out of his way to make sure we were happy to be there showing off all cars available that met our requirements. Richard was superb in the assistance with the paperwork and continued to communicate and discuss any issues I had via WhatsApp and phone call even after hours.
