After 8 weeks I’m still waiting for a refund of an amount we buy cars overcharged me

After 8 weeks I’m still waiting for a refund of an amount we buy cars overcharged me. I am also waiting for a response to my online and in store complaint to a false DEKRA report. Disgusting service. No one has bothered to contact me. The manager ignores my emails and the salesman has done nothing to follow anything up. Terrible service
