Advertised car sold. System breakdown.

Phoned to enquire whether an advertised car was still available. Tokk 5 tries to get through. Was told it was and I could go and view in Jhb south, 50km's away. Drove through immediately. Got there where the service was pathetic only to be told, after a 20 minute wait, that the car was actually sold. Complete waste of time. Please get your systems sorted! And your customer service.
