Adrian Louw deserves a "Wu Shem" (WeBuyCars @ the Dome!)

To successfully sell cars one needs customer service skills, among others. Adrian Louw @ WeBuyCars @ the Dome has this & more. I visited WeBuyCars @ the Dome & ended up sealing a deal with Adrian. This left me satisfied as I was assured on merit that I have bagged the BEST deal. I like the FORD bakkie that I bought. Keep up your most valuable customer service @ Adrian. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing about the guy named GABRIELE! I wish I could create another review specifically for Gabrielle. It was my first time at the DOME (drove from Pretoria East) and I was welcomed by this Gabriele guy. He failed to provide me with useful information & only cared about finding out if I am buying or not. When I was not showing interest in what he was showing me he was too quick to walk away saying he would come back BUT I could tell by looking @ his facial expression that he was not going to come back. As I was walking out of the door, I was approached by Adrian Louw who asked if I had been assisted & I answered that I was looking for a Bakkie but I don’t think I found what I liked. Guess what, from walking out of the door _ I ended up buying a ford Bakkie. WeBuyCars @ the Dome need more sales representative like Adrian! He’s a very good listener, payed attention, didn’t interrupt when I explained what I had in mind, he displayed genuine interest in what was on my mind and definitely did his best to make sure that my questions are answered promptly and provided me with useful information.
