Absolutely useless

After making me wait for two months, they still managed to register my car using the wrong address (wrong province). And then when they finally called me to come fetch my documents, they only give me the plates. No disc, no natis, no roadworthy (as promised).

Never in my life have I ever been pushed to write a bad review about a company. But their service is extremely horrible. I seriously don't know what else to do because calling them doesn't work, going to their offices didn't work, calling customer service doesn't help, and the previous review I wrote didn't help either. I'm so tired of WeBuyCars!!

I don't recommend this company at all. And if you insist on buying your car from them, absolutely avoid the Polokwane branch. Their finance department is absolutely useless!!
