Absolutely useless

Been trying for over a month to get a duplicate eNatis, for which we have paid.

After several false promises of getting it done, as well as providing a permit for driving a vehicle which has an expired license, we have received nothing. Most of the promises were unfortunately made verbally. Nonetheless, we are still waiting for the duplicate eNatis, and to say their communication is bad would be acknowledging that they actually communicated, which they DO NOT!!!

Do not buy a car from these *********** and utterly useless people!
