Absolutely terrible experience with Luchien Malan

Absolutely terrible experience with Luchien Malan. I bought a vehicle that was supposed to be delivered to the Silverlakes branch on 20 March—then suddenly that changed to “early this week.” Now, after calling the transport company myself, I find out I can only expect it sometime next week! I made plans based on Luchien’s empty promises, and now I’m stuck in an incredibly inconvenient situation. To make things worse, my WBC account was compromised during the purchase, and I lost access. I repeatedly informed Luchien about this, and every time he promised that someone would call me to fix it. Well, guess what? No one has called. No one is doing anything. And now he just ignores my calls and messages completely. Luchien Malan is full of empty promises and zero accountability. WBC should seriously reconsider having someone this unreliable in sales—or at the very least, send him on a communication course.
