Absolutely Shocking Experience at WeBuyCars – The Dome

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with WeBuyCars at The Dome was nothing short of appalling from start to finish. I went in expecting a straightforward purchase and left feeling completely disregarded as a customer. The salesman who initially handled my deal was unprofessional and clearly uninterested in providing decent service. On the day I was scheduled to collect my car, he pawned me off without a word to someone who had absolutely no clue about the details of my purchase. No call, no update, just silence. I tried contacting him multiple times, and every single call was blatantly ignored. Thinking I’d get assistance from higher up, I lodged a complaint with the manager, only to be met with more silence. Not a single response. It's clear that accountability means nothing to this branch. To make matters worse, the car I received was in a disgraceful state. It hadn’t even been cleaned, dusty, smudged, and clearly not prepared for handover. To top it off, there was barely any fuel in the tank, just enough to maybe limp to the nearest petrol station. Completely unacceptable. This is not just poor service, it’s a complete lack of respect for the customer. I would never do business with WeBuyCars at The Dome again. I’m better off avoiding the frustration, disappointment, and utter lack of professionalism that defines this branch.
