Absolutely shocked
I am shocked that we buy cars dont negotiate on any car prices.... I have a cash offer and they refuse to negotiate. The car I was looking at was on auction for x price and didnt get sold .... so instead of dropping the price they increase the price. They clearly want to hold onto cars
