Absolutely pathetic!!!

Pathetic! My husband drove all the way to Silverlakes for a suv that I wanted and that I received an email yesterday saying it was still available it didn't say sale in progress or anything..... And finding someone to assist you is next to impossible! If you might by some miracle get someone to help they aren't very helpful it's like our doing THEM a favor to earn commission.... Horrible business ethic!
