Absolute worst after sales service!

Me and my husband bought a car from Webuycars in Port Elizabeth in November 2022. Divan the salesman was fast, efficient and gave us all the details needed and made the purchase go fast. The car was put through roadworthy and approved before we picked it up, but when we came home we noticed all 4 tires need to be replaced due to it having tears on the thread. We contacted Webuycars and we were told they cannot do anything about we have to replace it ourselves. We accepted it and replaced the tires at our own cost, but how it got through roadworthy we have no idea. That was the first problem we had. The second problem we had and is still having is the licensing of the car. We were told and paid them to do the licensing of the car which expired in January 2023. I called in January and was told by head office that the license disk was at the PE branch for collection. I send my mother with everything she needed to collect the license disk as we live 1 hour outside of P.E. Just for her to get there and be told no they never could do the licensing because we live outside of PE. This was NEVER communicated to us at all. My mother managed to get a copy of the NATIS document and we ended up having to do the licensing ourselves out of our own pockets after we already paid them to do it!! Turns out the roadworthy also expired and we had to redo that aswell!! We have tried for 3 weeks now to get a refund on the amount we paid them, but the account woman is impossible to get a hold of. It is absolutely pathetic how much you have to ask for your own money back. We have to work through a salesman to get anything done, and even then the after sales service is pathetic and just nothing gets done. Please please never ever buy a car from webuycars!! For such a big company they have the worst after sales service I have ever experienced in my life and I have worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years so I know what service is. Just stay away!
