Absolute lack of after sales service

Bought a bike four weeks ago and still the papers is not available. This after me following up with the staff in Polokwane twice a week. Every time I heard that they will check and come back to me, then no one comes came with anything. I wish I can just cancel the buy and get my money back. I regret having done this deal with the Polokwane brach. Absolutely no after sales service of any kind. As long as you pay, they are happy bit once they have to do something afterwards you get stuck with... We will check and come back. Sorry especially but in this economy this is not the way to treat your paying client. Pathetic.
