What a seamless and well executed process!

We visited the JHB South, Midstream and Silverlakes branches.

The interactions with David Diener around the selling of my previous car was extremely pleasant, he was honest, responsive and available whenever we had a question, he came to my office only hours after deciding to sell, and the process was completed within minutes.

Also a big thank you to *Jens de Bruyn* at Silverlakes. When going to the branch to look at another vehicle, he gave honest and applicable advice to my situation. When following his advice I found my dream car.

He was quick to review the vehicle, get all the vehicle documentation ready AND start the paperwork for financing. He really went out of his way to ensure that I am happy with the vehicle before purchasing and was transparent around all the not-so-niceties.
