A wear and Tear in 1 and half months of having a car and six months guarantee not app****

So I bought a Renault Sandeep 2014 on the 4th Feb 2021, on the 9th warning light on had to book it in on the 28 Feb 2021. The car was with LDR until the 19th March 2021.On the 20 April I sent an email to say I have been hearing noises from the car and took it in and they said it gearbox mounting and issues with the hooter.

Now the warranty company came back and said they will not cover both the gearbox mounting and hooter.

So Wynard said he will escalete the issue to the head office. Now remember when I bought the car they said that the car was on 6 months guarantee and we buy cars will pay for anything that is wrong with the car. Now they come back and said they will fix the hooter but not the mounting as it wears and tear. I have driven the car for max of 1.5 months. So the six months guarantee what is is applicationable on and what is it not applicable on as they said we will fix anything that is wrong with the car and how is the mounting not a mechanical issue as it is making the car vibrate and also they gave me a letter from hiq that said there was nothing wrong with the car, nothing about worn mounting when they went to do the service a day before I got the car.
