A VERY DISAPPOINTED CLIENT

I have recently purchased a 2014 golf 7 in April 2021 and the process through the sales person Diago from the Silverlakes branch was excellent, fast forward almost 4 months down the line the car started giving me issues which even the manufacturer VW couldn't figure out what the problem was, my car was taken from VW by WeBuyCars to their preferred workshop since it's still under warranty and almost two month's now they are struggling to fix the car every week it's a different issue they find in the car, I have to call the work shop to find out the progress on the car no update from WeBuyCars and the unfortunate part is I'm paying for the car and I have not been offered a courtesy car while they try and fix the car. To be honest I was sold a car with defaults which I believe they knew of.
