A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE

It has been a hassle and a nightmare with a mercedes bought cash, in October till today from we buy cars at Riverhorse, the car had a gold sticker it was sold to me being told no machenical problem but it been problems after problems and when sending emails they don't respond even when calling u hold for more then 30min and end up not talking to anyone. Head office always delays in giving feedback to my matters yet It scary to use the car as I don't know how safe it is to use it. I've been sending emails to Simphiwe asking for my refund but He never gives me feed back and I've been updating him with what going on with the car, took the car back to the machenics and he has sent a quotation to get it fixed again, the car always comes back from machenic with a new problem.it doesn't even give me a day or 2days to enjoy it as it always comes back with a problem still. I just want them to take their car and give me back my full refund as they always take forever to respond to machanics quotation to get the car to get fixed, I'm tired of having sleepless night about this car issue. THEY SHOULD FIX IT OR GIVE ME BACK MY FULL REFUND
