A guy by the name Ashley assisted me at the Dome branch, he doesn't know customer care, it's been a month since I bought a car with them but up to today I'm still waiting for my papers. What annoys me is that he doesn't even bother to answer my smses. I bought another car at midstream branch last week Sunday, the guy who assisted me there was so hands on, I even got a message today to come and collect my papers. So if Axl can do it why can't Ashley do it, I think he's taking black customers for granted
