A Disappointing Experience with We Buy Cars

Dear We Buy Cars,

I am writing to express my utmost frustration with my recent experience purchasing a vehicle from your company. The lack of communication has been a constant issue, and as a potential buyer who has attempted to purchase a vehicle from you twice now, I have been sorely disappointed with the minimal communication and delayed response times.

To begin with, when I app**** for finance for the first bike, I only received the bare minimum communication necessary and was asked to complete the finance application before basic questions about the bike's condition were answered. Unfortunately, it turned out that the bike was not in good condition, and these questions should have been addressed prior to the finance application process. This resulted in me putting my finance on hold while I searched for another bike from your company.

Furthermore, even after getting approved for finance for the second bike, for which I had to apply for my own financing because your company was unable to process it correctly, my requests for information, such as the CoR inspection certificate, were completely ignored, and there was minimal communication on the next steps for financing after Wesbank's instruction to follow up with you. Despite multiple attempts to call and discuss my financing arrangements, I was unsuccessful. Moreover, I was then informed that there were additional costs that were not disclosed upfront and were not included in the provided invoice, which I had already used to apply for finance. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

The level of service I have received from We Buy Cars has been nothing short of pathetic. The entire buying experience has been truly atrocious. As a customer, I expect timely and thorough communication, transparent information, and professional service, which have all been severely lacking in my dealings with We Buy Cars.

In summary, We Buy Cars fails to provide its clients with a satisfactory buying experience, and there have been instances where the deals seem shady and unreliable. I urge you to consider this feedback from a customer perspective moving forward. Furthermore, Wesbank even contacted me to inform me that my credit record will be negatively impacted due to multiple applications, despite being approved when applying directly with Wesbank. As a result of the lack of transparency, communication, and clarity, I had to cancel the deal with We Buy Cars.

The trustworthiness of your company is in question, and I cannot recommend it. I would advise others to purchase from a reputable dealer that is transparent about their fees and proficient in handling financing.
