A bunch of *******

I bought a Mini from Silver Lakes from the Silver Lakes branch last week Thursday. I picked up the vehicle then drove about 15km to my place. About half an hour later I wanted to drive out and the thing wouldn't start. They told me about the no warranty policy which didn't really bother me much. What they didn't tell me is that they could conceal faults with the car with Gorilla duct tape just so the car can drive off their premises.

I believe they knew about this fault and they did a quick fix, coz when I asked the sales man if there was anything wrong with the car he said it wasn't starting but their mechanics had fixed it. These people are evil, stay away!!!!

I had the car towed the car to a mechanic and he found that the high pressure fuel pump was dead hence the car wouldn't start. I called BMW and that part alone is R20k. I've never heard of anyone buying a car and it died within 15km or less than an hour of owning it. These people are very good at what they do..... duping and swindling. It's been over a week now and they still haven't given me the car's papers. Stay away!!! I wish I'd read some reviews before. Right now I got no car, no papers and I been ********.
