7th Claim on vehicle in under 18 Months ticket number 82460 2 January 2025

Ticket number 82460 - Purchased the vehicle June of 2023 it is my 7th claim on the vehicle. The car in the workshop more then it has been on the road , I am now being told that I have to wait 72 business hours for a response . I have had to pay out of pocket for the repairs as warranty does not cover everything - so now the vehicle is again in the workshop and I am unable to pay for the shortfall amount . I am having to UBER everywhere and school stats next week which means tripple the amount on UBER. having to UBER at night to fetch from Sports games is not exactly a safe option. I am not looking for payment to fix the vehicle I want a replacement - this is unfair business practice and is putting my family at risk as the vehicle had to be towed a number of times. Funny how you are quick to get the financials signed but after sales customer service is NON existent . The information I sent clearly shows that every 3 to 4 months the vehicle is in the workshop. How convenient that NO manager is ever available to take my call - I DON'T WANT an AGENt to deal with .
