5 Months and STILL No Logbook – Absolute Nightmare!

Buying a car from WeBuyCars has been the worst decision I’ve ever made. It has been FIVE MONTHS since I purchased my vehicle, and I STILL haven’t received my logbook! How is this even acceptable?

Every time I contact them, I get the same pathetic excuses and empty promises, yet nothing gets done. I’ve called, emailed, and followed up repeatedly, but they clearly couldn’t care less. How does a so-called professional company take half a year to sort out basic paperwork?

This whole process has been a nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend WeBuyCars to anyone. If you’re thinking of buying from them—DON’T. You’ll pay for the car, but good luck ever getting your documents!
