40 days and counting to recieved my Vehicle Lisence and number plates

We Buy Cars Germiston 5 stars for the WORST branch. I bought my vehicle on 20 April 2024. Today is the 18th of June, (40 working days later) I'm still waiting for my vehicle license and number plates, normally it takes 21 working days, When I phone customer service - not even phone me back in the 48 hours that they claim they will. Last week Customer Service phoned and said in the next two days I will receive everything at Postnet. Guess what? Did not receive it in the 2 days.

After phoning today and speaking with a lady who claims that she is Germiston Sales Manager who does not have any manager skills, no qualification to be the manager, and who keeps on saying that she doesn't know anything. The Branch manager is on leave so there is no one else who can assist me. She can not even apologize for the delay. Keep on saying that she can't tell me what is the delay because she doesn't know.
