4 months and no license and registration documents - what a disgrace.

Extremely concerned at the lack of service received.

I bought a vehicle almost 4 months ago from We Buy Cars at the Dome and I am still waiting to receive my license and registration.

Even though they promised to have it delivered to me within 21 days I still haven’t received it.

I queried it with several people at we buy cars and no one seems to know or care to resolve this issue.

No one even comes back to me. How frustrating this whole process has been. The only thing I was told a few months ago was that admin is dealing with it.

The manager Johannes Barnard (Jaco)I signed my contract with hasn’t bothered coming back to since last year December after promising he would.

The whole team I dealt with at the Dome is not coming back to me: not Daniel, not Emma, not Jaco.

No one even called when I logged a complaint online on the we buy cars platform.

Where is the management in this matter? Do they even know or care that they have acted *******ly since they failed to register the vehicle on my name?

It’s sad really sad that I have to resort to external online platforms in order to get some assistance.

I just want my license and registration, is that so difficult?

The worst is that no communicates, no bothers to provide any feedback and others don’t know what to do to assist.

I’m not sure if it will take another 4 months before I receive my license and registration?
