270k vehicle with no license, no papers and gearbox failure in less than 200km

I purchased a 2018 Ford Wildtrak 3.2 Auto on 6 December 2022 as a cash sale of 270k, the vehicle was purchased unlicensed of which I requested upon collection that I get a temp license which was refused upon and was told “bring any fines you get to us and we will get it sorted”.

Today is 9 January 2023 and I have still not received any natis documents for this very vehicle and according to the law I should be provided with a natis document within 21 days of which this deal is now in breach of.

I have put on less than 200km since date of purchase due to the vehicle being unlicensed.

I am no also experiencing gearbox issues of which this was not disclosed in the dekra report which should be there as a guide for the buyer to make an informed decision. (I have a copy of the dekra saved to my phone). The only mechanical issue was the brakes which I have since fixed. The gearbox components was listed as, and I quote, “very good” so this is also non disclosure.

I hereby request to have this deal cancelled or credited.

The salespeople and managers at Richmond branch pass me off from manager to manager, Stephan just does not respond, they don’t have an actual answer for me but to say I need to lay a complaint via the website.

They say that the gearbox is mechanical and there’s no way of telling whether it’s good or not yet the report is able to say that it’s “very good” so now I’m confused, which is it, unable to prove or very good???
