24 days and still waiting for a car i paid for

I bought a car on auction and paid for it on 19 January. Today its 13 Feb and i have no clue where the car is. It only needed to be transported to Durban from Jhb - not exactly complicated. WBC may be fast at buying cars but they sure are the worst at providing service on cars they've sold. I was also frustrated by having to give loads of paperwork most of which i had uploaded when i registered on their website. Stock number B***7

a week later and still no feedback. i eventually tracked the car down myself and guess what - it was delivered to the wrong branch. now im waiting for the delivery of the natis documents and once again no communication from WBC. the service is beyond pathetic.
