If there was a zero star rating l would have put tht. Such a poor communication and even after you bought your their Car you will still have to wait for 21working day to get the papers. Take note we bought a car that had already expired disc, so now you drive around explaining to every road block why you have a Car that doesn't have a valid disc and to make matters worse even when l asked to do the change of onwership myself they couldn't allow. So frustrating and emotionaly draining as it takes away the pride and joy of having your new wheels.
