200km engine dead dont buy from webuycars

I bought a single cab from we buy cars , flew down from durban to centurion to view and buy as the sales man helped with all pictures and videos , i test drove it and sounded good but left joburg had to put a new battery for starters as they wouldnt replace battery and also bought a pump and tyre repair kit as there was no spare tyre , 200km down the road the motor pops , slept in the car that night . Spent over 3000 rands to tow back to durban as when i phoned them they said theres nothing they can do about it , now stripped the engine found the car has not been serviced adleast in 40 000kms and has picked up a piston, blew the turbo etc , we buy cars will not take responsibility , its not the sales man fault as he isnt mechanically minded and only knows how to sell the vehicle , bear in mind i read up on the cpa laws and will be taking it further though the car i bought was for 37 000 but it took me a year to save for it , tyres were bald so couldnt expect them to be new but adleast safe and decent tread , like i said my family members bought from them before so i thought they were good but we all no what thought did , i would never support or reffer we buy cars , i bought the car 3 weeks ago and still have not recieved the log book nor the licence disc
