2 Months without receiving a vehicle i paid for @ Webuycars

I have purchased 2 vehicles more than 48days back. one vehicle was in Springfield sales person was Mthobisi. He transfered the sale to a very futile someone he called a manager named "Gift Khuzwayo". After i made payment he has never been available on the phone. To date, i have never seen the vehicle i paid for. I don't even know where the vehicle is. The sales person is not reachable. Even the contact center cannot tell me where my vehicle is. They cannot even get hold of their sales person and do not know if he is are work.
