2 months still waiting

I bought my car from We Buy Cars Cape Town. They offered a service to deliver the car to my location, which I agreed to, and I made the full payment. Problems began soon after. The final payment was made on June 26, and today is August 5, yet my car still hasn't been registered. It's very close to 2 months now and I've lost so much time and money waiting for them to process my papers. I've been in contact with a representative named Sinovuyo, but the whole situation has been incredibly frustrating. I the tried calling other representatives, they informed me that the number on my car wasn't in the system but l very sure l bought this car from them. Eventually, they found it, but the number on the disc didn't match the car's number plate. I am sure what was going on. They recommended a company called Tac to deliver my car, but almost a month for it to arrive, with no communication from them. I had to call several times to find out where my car was. It arrived in mid July. Since that time, I'm still waiting for the registration to be processed. Despite making several calls to the department and Sinovuyo, I keep getting told not to worry and that my registration is being processed. I've waited long enough and need someone to help me with this matter. I'm sharing my experience to let others know what happened to me, so they can avoid similar issues.
