144 hours and counting for finance feedback

I app**** online for vehicle finance 6 days ago and uploaded all docs and still have not received an outcome. They say you should have feedback within 24 hours but it's been 144 hours for me. I app**** last week Wednesday, then called on Thursday when the 24 hours were done, then was told that my application had not been processed yet so it will be escalated. I am still waiting for feedback. The bank asked for a new copy of my drivers license and January payslip on Friday morning and that was the last I heard. I am incredibly frustrated as I would have had the financing done and the new car already if I had gone to a dealership. The only positive experience I had was chatting to Apiwe in online sales and Peter from the branch (The Dome).
