101 Days still no License Disc

I bought a vehicle on 2022-07-15 from We Buy Cars Brackenfell. Vehicle was purchased on "Cash Retail" and I paid it in full. I also opted for We Buy Cars to do the License and reg. which was included on the invoice and also paid. Vehicle was delivery in PE (via courier) and I took possession of the vehicle on 2022-07-28. No License and reg. done.

I received the new number plate and Natis on 2022-09-19, BUT NO LICENSE DISC!

After a lot of up and down and inquiring with the sales person and FNI, I was informed on 2022-09-22 that the roadworthy has expired and that I need to take it to the Roadworthy Centre to re-do the Roadworthy. I took off work and did the Roadworthy the same day. The sale person promised to have the amount I paid for the Roadworthy, refunded to me, which is still not done. I send photo proof to him to confirm that Roadworthy is done.

Until today (2022-10-26), 103 day or 73 business days later, I'm still waiting on the license disc. The sales person only says it's still at the traffic department. I cant get hold of the Sales Executive of Brackenfell to air my frustration!!!

Very bad service from the Sales person and the FNI!!!
