Unpaid Salary

I am a former employee of Webhelp SA, I was under Amazon campaign D2 department. I resigned on the 13/10/21 and went to the company on the 15/10/21 to handover the headsets, tag and token. I normally got paid on the last day of the month and never had any issues with my salary before but to my surprise on the 30/10/21 I was never paid my salary for October nor did I receive any payslip. I called my supervisor to find out why and she said me that she doesn’t understand why I was not paid because she updated everything accordingly and she sent an email to payroll on the 31/10/21 requesting for assistance on my behalf since she was going on leave and will be returning back to work on the 15/10/21 however I’ve been waiting for payrolls feedback and been sending emails but no one responds to my emails. Please assist me as I am renting, I have kids to feed and I have to pay for my personal essentials.
