Payroll is Trash

This company always has payroll issues. They have no sense of acknowledgement for peoples needs and urgancies. I have been chasing insufficient payment for months now and no one is giving me feedback. Firstly when they realised i had left the company they decided to pay me not even half of my salary when i had worked for more pay. I dont know how there is still no improvement after years of people complaining about the same damn thing.
