ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST WHEN I TRY TO LOGIN WEBMAIL DO NOT CARE TO ASSIST

I cannot log into my account it says email does not exist i have used this email address for alomst 20 years now,people form webmail dosnot even care to call you back even after sending them requests ,do they even exisist?why are they not answering do they think we are just useless what if we are compromised and someone is busy *****ing our information,WEBMAIL THIS IS WRONG!!!!!
