was told from theuns that his internet service was good for online gaming. since day one i have received a nat type 3, which is the worst nat type you can have for gaming. my xbox one has always had a nat type 3 but my ps4 managed to get a nat type 2 which i could deal with. i have now sold my xbox one has it is now basically useless. but now my ps4 has got a nat type 3. when i call web4us i get told that they have not changed anything on their side and there is nothing they can do.either that or they are to busy with other clients and will get back to me. this is the only isp i can get on the witbank area besides using a cellular service, otherwise i would have changed isp months ago. I'm paying 950rand a month for a service that i can't use properly and getting any help in fixing my problem when i was told and guaranteed that their internet will work properly for online gaming. they are not willing to help me out and solve this issue. which can be fixed from their side if they are willing to. I've done countless amounts of hours looking up possible causes and all of them are from their side not mine. the router in my house is only a link and has no firewall settings to change.
