Webafrica Pathetic Service

WEBAFRICA IS THE WORST SERICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER SIGNED UP WITH. All I have ever had was problems with their service since the beginning of my contract. Internet just drops. Their support system is pathetic. You can only chat to agents at their convenience.There is no urgency in queries and assistance all the agents say the same thing and then there is a 72 hour turn around time. Their service is a waste of time and money because you pay for a full month but half the month you are trying to get connected then u connected for maximum 5 days and it's down again. Biggest mistake ever changing to them.as soon as my 12 month period is over I am definitely canceling them. Please don't make the mistake I made and sign up with themm
