Web4africa.com sold me a domain they don't have and Im still fighting for my refund

Be very careful of this company with your money people, they're system offered me a domain name that was taken earl Jan 2019. After paying I find out its been bought about a week earlier before I bought it, I went to their site after a day or two only to find out its business as usual no notifications nor an email stating they sold me a product they don have.

I asked for a refund and this is what I got (Kindly note that we have processed the refund.) after a while (9 Jan 2019) I contacted them again and they sad sorry and will get back to me. 22 Jan I contacted Web4africa.com again and they responded with a two liner like before saying I will be updated shortly, Im still waiting for my refund from this caring company... (****ing me with two liner kindness!)
