Bitterly Annoyed

Needed to change my dr order. Phoned, 10 minute wait. The consultant didnt have a clue what to do. Sanele on the WhatsApp chat line finally came back to me, but the telephonic call with BILLING was transferred to technical support!!!! I ALWAYS battle to physically talk to someone!!! Painful, unprofessional and useless
