Service delivery at its best

I have been with Websquad for almost 2 months now, They are hosting a server for my company and its our very first server so I was very nervous but they made me feel very calm and comfy with them and I truly feel my hardware is in good hands. I dealt with a wonderful Sales lady by the name of Susana that answered all 10000 questions I had.

But my biggest surprise came when I ran into a bump and one of there Technical staff called Carl dropped everything and assisted me even late on a Sunday night, He single Handel saved my business.

I might be a "drop in the bucket" for a company of there size but I am treated like a king, they set a perfect example of how service delivery could be in our Country.
