No support to get started! Left in the lurch
I run an IT company from home for a very import healthcare client. I need to have internet all the time. They promised they would be available on the holiday to get me started with them but there was nobody help! The lines were closed !!!

We have communicated with you since early this morning that your order is processed and awaiting activation by the FNO and we cannot do this.
